200. The One Thing You Need so Self-Care Stops Feeling Impossible (And BIG Announcement!)

Oooh, the burden of self-care!…it’s such an oxymoron, right?? Self-care is supposed to be relaxing, but trying to fit it into my life used to totally stress me out! What I used to think (and what you might believe, too) is that in order to make self-care doable, what I needed was more TIME. The problem is, more time is hard to come by…I have yet to figure out how to extend the days to 26 hours…But thankfully, I have figured out what I actually needed all along to make self-care happen (and hint: it was NOT more time).
